Astronomer CEO Andy Byron’s wife, Megan Kerrigan Byron, deleted her Facebook account after a video of her husband allegedly cheating at a Coldplay concert went viral.
As of Thursday morning, Megan’s Facebook profile—previously filled with family photos—was no longer accessible. Prior to deactivating the account, she removed her surname from her profile.
The video, shared on TikTok, shows Byron at a Coldplay concert at Gillette Stadium in Boston on Wednesday night. He appears with Kristin Cabot, Astronomer’s Chief Human Resources Officer, swaying closely with arms wrapped around each other.
During the performance, frontman Chris Martin jokingly highlighted the pair as the “kiss cam” scanned the crowd. “Look at these two,” Martin said, as Cabot turned away and Byron quickly ducked out of view. Martin added, “Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy,” prompting gasps and cheers from the audience.
Soon after the video went viral, Megan’s social media was flooded with comments from viewers pointing out Byron’s behavior.
In response to the growing attention, she swiftly took down her page.
Byron and Cabot both work at Astronomer, an AI and data company reportedly valued at $1.2 billion.
Neither Byron nor Cabot has commented publicly on the incident.
