  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cornmeal
  • ½ cup plain bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ~1 quart vegetable oil (for frying)

Quick Instructions

  1. Slice Tomatoes: Cut into ½-inch rounds. Discard ends.

    • Flour in one dish
    • Egg + milk in another
