Just In: Jasmine Crockett Hit with Major New Investigation Over Seriously Suspicious Activity

In an emerging scandal that has humiliated the left and shocked the right, Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) is now under investigation after a complaint was filed highlighting suspicious donations that the representative received through ActBlue, a key fundraising platform of the Democrat Party, with Crockett’s opponent, conservative attorney Sholdon Daniels, uncovering more details about Crockett’s potential donation fraud and revealing them on X.

For context, the conservative Coolidge-Reagan Foundation submitted a complaint to the Federal Election Commission (FEC) on March 26, 2025, which led to the FEC launching an official investigation of Rep. Crockett’s campaign. The investigation focuses on a 73-year-old donor named Randy Best, a resident of Texas who reportedly made multiple donations to Crockett’s campaign, adding up to a total of over $16,000. However, when Sholdon Daniels asked Mr. Best’s wife about these donations, she said she was unaware that they occurred.

In a video shared on X on March 11, 2025, Sholdon Daniels provided more background for his personal investigation into suspicious donations to her campaign, recounting how he visited the Bests’ home to get their side of the story. While filming himself driving to meet the Bests, Daniels observed, “It’s very peculiar that somebody up here would give that much money to a candidate in our district. Maybe they have a special connection to the district. Let’s go find out.”

Upon meeting Mrs. Best, Daniels asked if the retiree was aware that she and her husband had donated over $16,000 to Rep. Crockett’s campaign. When Mrs. Best explained that she had no knowledge of the donations, Daniels explained to his X followers just how bizarre the situation was, given the Bests’ age and location. He continued, “This guy, he’s a 73-year-old retiree, unemployed.”

Daniels went on to dig deeper into the bizarre nature of the Bests’ donations to Crockett’s campaign. He told his audience on X, “His wife answered the door. She said that they had no idea what these charges were, and they had no idea that they were charged 16,000 or that then they are responsible for $16,000 in political contributions to Jasmine Crockett, yes, she has them listed as political contributors. Now, mind you, I’m way up here in Plano. I’m in a totally different county.”

Meanwhile, the FEC has begun its investigation of Crockett’s campaign in response to the complaint submitted by the Coolidge-Reagan Foundation. The crux of the complaint echoed the sentiments presented by Sholdon Daniels, reading: “Rep. Crockett, through her principal campaign committee, Respondent Jasmine for US, has received thousands of other donations through ActBlue totaling over $870,000. It is unclear how many of these are similarly fraudulent transactions, made in the name of unsuspecting innocent people who did not actually provide the funds.”

In response to the commencing investigation, Dan Backer, a Washington-based attorney who represents the Coolidge-Reagan Foundation, wisely predicted that Rep. Crockett and other Democrats may try to crawl out from under accusations of corruption, explaining to The Daily Signal, “It could be a reasonable defense for Rep. Crockett and other Democrats to say, ‘We didn’t solicit those donations, they all came in from ActBlue.’ But that would be willful blindness.”

In response to the investigation, ActBlue stated that their practices are consistently in line with the law and that the accusations against Rep. Crockett have a partisan bias. However, when The Daily Signal reached out to both ActBlue and Crockett’s congressional office for comment, neither was willing to respond.
